  I instructed Peter and his fabulous team for the sale of my property in Hoddesdon in September last year. Peter and his team were brilliant from start to finish. From chatting with Peter about the local market and what to expect and how they would support me with viewings and advertising, to successfully negotiating on my behalf the purchase of my dream home, I could not ask for more from Peter, Ted Joe and Grace; what a fantastic team, they were always available and went above and beyond (Peter even helped me successfully negotiate the property I am now in from his sick bed!! That’s how they go above and beyond). We did find out a few months into the sale that there was a chain we didn’t know about above the property we were purchasing…. I was very upset as the house we were purchasing had been advertised as chain free and wasn’t! when Ted tried to get more info from other estate agents involved he was coming up against silence; but that didn’t stop him…He worked tirelessly calling agents and solicitors, vendors and anyone he could to find out what was going on and this went on for some weeks, he actually did the work of the other agents ( who will remain nameless), without him we wouldn’t be living in our new home now!!! What I learnt from Peter Cuffaro Estate Agent’s whole team is what you should expect from fantastic customer service and this is the service you will get if you go with an independent agent because they hold their standards very high and will do whatever it takes to support getting you that dream property. I can’t thank them enough… particularly Super Ted for going above and beyond for us. If you are looking for an estate agents I cannot recommend them enough. As a gesture of gratitude the ‘thank you’ cakes will be in the oven…. when I can find where I’ve put my tins😉

  Thank you so much to Peter and his team for helping us with the purchase of our new property and guiding us through the sale of our old house. We have used lots of different estate agents in the past and the process has always been rather challenging and a drawn out process. We always felt like we were in safe hands with Peter, Ted and Joe because they were all so approachable and quick to address any concerns. You made 'nothing a problem,' and it truly showed.   I have now purchased and sold 2 properties through Peter Cuffaro and can honestly say that the level of professionalism throughout the whole process was exceptional. I found Peter, Ted and Joe extremely approachable, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their communication and dedication is what sets them apart from the competition and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.   Positive review and a massive thank you to The Peter Cuffaro team for firstly reaching out to make me aware of a property I may be interested in - They were right on what they recommended. I met Joe at the property who was profesional and very down to earth just made the viewing very relaxed. Throughout the sale the whole team stepped in to help through any items - they were always reachable too, so if anybody was on annual leave, Ted, Ed and Peter too were all kept in the loop. Having had a bad buying experience with a previous estate agent, the difference in professional conduct by the whole Peter Cuffaro team was exceptional. Once again thank you to the team and especially Joe for getting the keys in to my hand on completion.
