  Very good service from Salvatore. I trust him with my phone contracts. He has knowledge and knows some Romanian language which helps.

  Would you believe In 2016 I walked in to get a deal on a phone And the nice man in the shop gave me a an additional Internet dongle In 2021 I go onto online banking Looking through my account To great surprise I find they have been charging me £5.50 a month for my free dongle it works out I found this out by stopping the payment Surprise surprise after 2 missed payments they write saying they will sell my debt to debt collectors Then they offer to clear the debt and credit me £30 As it worked out again. I paided the missed payments and is now in the hands of the ombudsman A current problem I was told and a lot of people caught Never will I use these people again So when you are looking for a good deal look for any hidden freebies they will cost you im sure and this company will sell your debt 5 star service Today Tuesday 23 of March 2021 More calls from these people?? Unbelievable case settled through ombudsman help Returned half my money Todays calls was for the outstanding amount of £10.49 The account is closed scammers You done it last week Today the guy from the call centre was nearly begging that I pay minion amount of one £1.49 SO THEY DONT SELL THE DEBT ON ON AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS SETTLED AND CLOSED LAST WEEK everytime you call I post Outrageous service from money they was stealing Do yourself a favour check out Tesco mobiles services helpful friendly and honest Or you could go for a bunch of 🤡

  Went into the store yesterday and was served by a great guy called Salv,didn't have to wait or anything. He talked me through the best plan for me and my son, looked at the data and decided on the best deal for us, now hard sale just fantastic customer service, honest and straight to the point, my son is autistic and Salv took time and had patience to talk him through his questions. All in all the whole experience was excellent, this shop and the guys that work there is the reason I've been with Three for eleven and a half years..thank you
