  Really rude staff. They seem too busy chatting amongst themselves about their personal life. Or engaging on social media whilst there are customers waiting to be served.

  To Three store Stevenage Subject - Complaint about three service and Stevenage supporting worker in three store. With refrence to above mentioned subject, I would like to share my bad experience with three store in Stevenage supporting worker inside three store.my wife went to ask about sim cause we bought device and upgrade sim from huntingdon and there having some issue with plan as we can't go there to sort ,so we went to nearest store as we working Stevenage but they told we can't do any thing you must go huntingdon because you purchase sim from there we can't do anything and later on,we went huntingdon and as stated by Stevenage supporting worker we said same thing too huntingdon worker who is working in three store and he said we can go any three store and sort out really very shame to three never ever recommend to purchase three very 👎 bad service by three just manipulating. Even we went over there in huntingdon three store they said we can't do anything.

  Do yourself a favour and buy what you need from the shop. I thought i would save time and hassle by ordering a new contract over the phone - first of all it didn't arrive on time, and second they completely messed up the transfer of my old number! Amazingly helpful staff in store, and a reminder of why our high street is still alive.
