But Three have this crazy policy where the shop cannot deal with many of the queries you may have with your account, so I was handed a phone to speak to a guy in an Indian call centre. Absolute nightmare, not only was it a terrible line, the guy in the call centre had such a heavy accent, I could not understand a word he said, it took FOREVER to get sorted !! (contract that had not been cancelled properly, so continued to be charged for a service I was no longer using)
