  I walked in with replacements lenses slightly too big, the owner immediately offered to edge my lenses for me until they fit. Thank you so much, you are a lifesaver! Highly recommended to come here.

  We found Jez through an internet search for colour blindness glasses. After a fantastic phone call, I quickly realised he was an expert in his field and cared deeply about people getting the right end result. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone like Jez, who is so passionate about his industry. He was thoughtful and caring while humorous and knowledgeable. As a result my Son was able to get a pair of EnChroma lenses in a wonderful designer frame that he loves. This has helped him immensely to see reds more as they are intended. He wears his glasses indoors and out and they double up well as sunglasses. Thankyou Jez, we are very happy indeed with our experience at EYES on St Albans and will definitely recommend.

  Writing this review wearing my brand new glasses with frames designed by Jez himself. It's nice to actually see what i'm reading/writing for a change. I went in on a Monday by chance to book an eye test having been disappointed by chain opticians who gave me glasses that didn't really help. I got an appointment an hour later and after my appointment Jez managed to find me some glasses I loved almost immediately. He certainly knows his stuff and the optician who undertook my eye test was also lovely & very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. A true local gem.

  It's always a wonderful experience at Eyes On, the most rock 'n roll opticians in the UK ! I decided to give them a try as I'd heard nothing but good things, and was even more impressed to find an amazing, unique selection of frames, backed by a brilliant customer experience. The fact I can try on my glasses whilst having a jam on the guitars doesn't hurt either. Jez recommended a very cool style that I hadn't seen elsewhere (unique to Eyes On), that I probably wouldn't have been brave enough to try without his guidance. I've combined these with varilux lenses to give me an amazing pair of glasses that work fantastically and make quite the impression. I've also recommended others to Eyes On who have also been impressed with the range and service. A truly great local business - give them a try !
