  We’ve been looking to move and we had found a house that we knew had a few issues, but had it not been for David’s incredibly thorough and detailed work we would have been moving into a ticking time bomb of a house. David truly is a remarkable surveyor, he talked us through everything about the house and really helped us to understand as first time buyers. We would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

  I’ve recently used David for a building survey on a house I’m buying, he was responsive, informative and very efficient. The report received was very thorough, detailed and followed up. David was on hand to answer some follow up questions. Highly recommend using David for all of your surveying needs
