James did our party wall agreement for our rear single storey extension. Everything was done efficiently and thoroughly and with great communication. We highly recommend James for your party wall agreement.

James did the party wall agreements when we had our loft extension. Very professional and when our builders caused some minor damage to our neighbours property his thorough work meant that the builders paid for the damage.

My builder recommended James to me and I have no hesitation in recommending. Efficient, polite and reasonable-all the things you need when you have shitty neighbours, who have instructed an expensive cantankerous old fart of a surveyor to advise them(at my expense of course), who does not even have a mobile phone-what a tosser !!
