  I had a great experience with my FREC 3 trainer. They were knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout the course. The training was clear, practical, and engaging, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and build confidence. The trainer explained everything in an easy-to-understand way and shared valuable real-life experience that made the learning much more useful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to complete their FREC 3 training.

  Excellent first aid course at Hitchin Leisure Centre today. Fernanda and her assistant, Gabby, were both incredibly engaging trainers. They were very knowledgeable, made the course really interesting, and explained everything clearly, making it both informative and enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this course provider and would happily book with them again in the future!
