  I recently completed the FREC 3 training course with Dennis as the trainer, backed by Fernanda, his number 2 and I was extremely impressed with the quality of instruction. Dennis has an excellent teaching style that makes complex topics easy to understand and apply in real-world situations. Throughout the course, he was knowledgeable, engaging, and always willing to answer questions and provide additional support when needed. His practical experience and clear explanations helped build both confidence and competence in emergency care procedures. The training was well organised, interactive, and delivered to a very high standard. Dennis created a positive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable participating and developing their skills. I would highly recommend Dennis to anyone considering FREC 3 training.   I completed my FREC 3 training with Hearts First Ambulance Training and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The course was well structured, practical, and very relevant to real-world situations. A special mention to the instructor Dennis, who was excellent throughout the course. He was knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and always took the time to make sure everyone understood the material.
