A friend recommended this company to me. When I read the reviews I immediately visited the shop and spoke with Jim. I found Jim to be a very good listener as I can go on and on... he understood my problem with my aged laptop and without any pressure I was very happy to purchase a refurbished laptop. Jim was thorough in checking what I used my computer for and what I needed. He transferred all my data etc over and then explained everything to do with my 'new' laptop. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Jim Exodus 14 v 14
