  Sadly I’ve had a negative experience and have just been spoken to rudely by the telephonist, which was completely uncalled for & unprofessional so as a consumer I want to make everyone aware. I contacted the company in early April and had a pleasant visit from the owner to give me a quote for many jobs. Older gentleman seemed very nice and said he’d get a quote over to me with works to get started within the month. I didn’t follow up at first thinking the quote would be soon arriving. I finally followed up and spoke to a lady who promised she would get back to me. I heard nothing but didn’t want to think this company was yet another dishonourable company. Over the course of 7 weeks I rang many times leaving messages and today I called and the lady dismissed me like I was a bit of dirt. I am a business owner and if I had ever let my potential customer down or spoken in the manner I was spoken to I would realise I was about to get a responsive review! Whatever is going on behind the scenes you can always find time to email or call a person back and be courteous! Especially if the then make you feel so small as to say they are so busy and Derek has been told many times. Disgusting as I have not contacted other companies as i believed people are meant to be decent. Do not use this company if you want to be treated well.

  Ron and the team were absolutely fantastic, thoroughly recommend them. They did a new fence and fully landscaped my front and back garden with a new lawn, patio, brick wall etc. The team were so friendly, will absolutely use them again and have recommended them to my neighbours
