  I reached out to Phillips Appliances and Electrical about replacing my integrated fridge freezer which was beyond repair. After contacting them via their website I received a prompt reply from Isabel and she was able to fit me in for a quick visit by Stanley to assess my requirements. Stanley was very punctual and called me before he arrived. He had a quick look and I explained what we needed, later that day I received some quotes and they were very good at looking for a specific model I was after. We had the fridge freezer fitted yesterday and are extremely happy with the work. Stanley was polite, respectful, efficient and tidy. He cleaned up afterwards and answered all of my questions. I really would not hesitate to recommend them, especially as they are local and what I thought would be a huge inconvenience was no problem whatsoever for them which is reassuring. Thank you!

  Fantastic service, the engineer was very helpful at guiding us to get the best value for money. The spotlights were put up nice and quick. He was so nice we also booked him in to put power to the shed and hottub! Very happy

  Really not happy with the service received. Had an electrical report done on my rented property in April 2019 - money had to be paid straight away (even though invoice said 30 days to pay) but was informed this was incorrect. Is now 14 August 2019 and still no sign of my report. After numerous phone calls and text messages... ...

  Has a workshop repairing and testing domestic white goods, such as washing machines, tumble dryers, cookers and fridge freezers. Also has new or as good as new appliances for sale. Really friendly and professional.
