  DO NOT USE IMOGEN The entire liaison with Imogen has been hell! Standard pieces of information she should know goes right over her head; endless back and forth. Bringing in parties that don’t concern the property delaying everything even more. Something so simple has been made into a mammoth task through sheer incompetence. I would rather gauge my eyes out than have to deal with her ever again. My colleague is also using her at the moment and she’s already lost paperwork. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
