  My parents are in Hatfield, & as I'm overseas, it's always a worry not to be able to help them out when they have car trouble. This time, I was able to find James's info online (from a list of mechanics in the area) and pass it on to my parents. I'm so glad this was the number they called! They had nothing but great things to say about him - he was highly professional, a great communicator - keeping them in the loop while waiting for the part he'd ordered (after first coming over to diagnose the issue). Per my parents, they would highly recommend him to anyone, and are thrilled to now have a 'go to' trustworthy mechanic for any future car issues. Thank you, James!

  James came out last minute to a brake job within 45 mins the other day. No faffing around. Very easy to communicate and book with. Once he arrives he finished the job in the exact time frame quoted. Double checked everything was fixed before leaving. Brake checks etc. Offered to dispose of my old worn brakes too. Hes very knowledgeable and has a passion for cars. Had a great chat whilst he was working. I Will be recommending him to everyone I can. Give this guy a call when youre in a pickle. He'll get you back on the road in no time at all. Very reasonable and realistic prices. Cheers James 11/10
