- BDBen DSep 17, 20265.0I've been to the Hertford CEX quite a few times in the last few years and they are by far the most consistent with their service which has made them my go to. It's not the biggest store but they do the best with what they've got. The thing that stands out is that the staff are always friendly, polite, efficient and honest. It never feels like I'm being a bother and I've never had a negative experience with them (unlike most of the other branches I've used multiple times) so I would highly recommend them.

Took the phone back the next day and they were just not interested. Avoid if you want something that works and a shop with a reasonable returns policy
- TWToby WeldonMay 16, 20261.0I took an iMac to sell to these for some quick cash, however, they declined to buy it due to damage. Damage which was not on the iMac before delivering it to the store. They then called me 19 days after I took it to them, and told me it was damaged so they could not take it, further telling me, they could not check the cctv for evidence since they only keep it for 14 days.
