Very professional.I myself work in customer service for more than 10 years and I can guarantee,that Kyle,is a gem in service industry.Very knowledgeable and attentive,did a discount for me,took his time to explain me everything and helped me out with my old phone and explained how to transfer old data to new my phone,gave suggestions,where to but screen protector and cover with a discount for my new phone as well.People like him really makes a difference in customer service and I really hope you give him a bonus.

He was extremely helpful and demonstrated exceptional Customer service. Would definitely recommend. 10/10.
