  The service I received was outstanding from start to finish. The site visit was arranged within a convenient time slot, and I was given clear, helpful advice on both the size and ideal location of the air conditioning unit. The installation date was scheduled promptly, and the engineers arrived on time, completing the work efficiently. They were extremely polite and considerate, taking great care to minimise disruption while working in my garden office, even as I continued with my work. The air conditioning unit itself is excellent—far superior to the portable unit I previously used. It’s quiet, highly effective, and cools the space so well that I’ve even had to increase the temperature to stay comfortable! I’ve also noticed no significant impact on my electricity usage, unlike with the portable system. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend.

  We recently worked with Herts Air Conditioning to install three air conditioning units as part of an extension project—two in our main house and one in our garden room. Ken, who project-managed our installation, was excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful right from the start. The two guys who actually installed the units were also fantastic; they were very professional, respectful of our home, and made sure to leave everything clean and tidy once they were finished. We are very happy with the units so far. All in all, they provided a great service that we felt was very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

  They carried out the work efficiently, were very pleasant to deal with, and did not disturb or interfere with our operations at all, which was greatly appreciated, they were fantastic.

  Very happy with the service from Ken and his team. From the initial survey through to installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Ken was knowledgeable, helpful in choosing the right unit, and always quick to respond to emails. The installation team were polite, tidy, and completed the job quickly. I’ve only used the unit for heating so far, but it’s working perfectly. Overall, a smooth experience, fair price, and quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend.
