  Very friendly and professional. They helped get a folding Devilbis scooter that had got stuck with a flat battery in the folded position. Super helpful, fixed the issue, charged and checked the batteries and offered advise on how not to let it happen again. Could have tried to sell us another battery but are straight up honest! Wasn't even much to fix either. Thank you for your honesty and expertise.
