  I recently had my laptop repaired by Andy at Sigma and couldn’t be happier with the service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how much effort they put into sourcing the correct part for my laptop, even when it proved difficult to find. They kept me fully informed every step of the way, clearly explaining all costs before carrying out any work and updating me immediately when costs changed due to sourcing the right component. There were no surprises — just honest, transparent communication. The repair itself was completed as quickly and painlessly as possible, and they made what could have been a stressful situation very straightforward. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy IT support and laptop repairs.

  It was suggested by Sigma that after 8 years my computer should be checked It was discovered that some components were at the end of their life I elected to purchase a new machine which Graham did for me and set up the new machine and transferred documents from old machine to the new one. All achieved within three days Excellent service can recommend
