  Before putting my phone to ness top shop it was absolutely destroyed, screen was shattered, back glass was cracked and the housing was broken as well. With it being a new model parts had to be sent away for and to get the front camera calibrated it had to go to Manchester but Ash was fantastic with keeping me updated and the phone is like new!
