Struan and Liam carried out the work with competence, respect and consideration, keeping us informed throughout.
Nadine and the office staff made sure we were booked in for the work as soon as we were ready to begin the transfer.

Wow, what a contrast. After waiting 4days for one local firm to call back and a whole day for another to even acknowledge my call I phoned Highland Heating Management and spoke to a very helpful lady who had a boiler engineer out in a couple of hours. A really nice guy who quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty pump then went on ingeniously to work round another problem to keep my heating working until their sparkies ,who he would arrange ,could get a new electrical part and come and fix it that too. Brilliant service after 4 days in winter without heating and a great example some other firms would do well to follow.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Phoned 1st day open after New year at 8am regarding 2 issues...boiler not firing up y/day so really cold overnight ( snow & minus temps outside) plus our downstairs shower dripping water ( since y/day) from the temp control panel. Struan rang our doorbell 30 mins later.The boiler fixed & new shower fitted all in a space of 3 hours which included Struan having to drive off thru snow to pick up new shower. We ve used HHM for our annual gas service for abt 6 years plus they upgraded our radiators abt 2 years ago too & can honestly say they are reliable & have efficient staff both out on the road & on reception. Whilst the engineers were very nice and friendly it took three of them four days to decide that it was in fact a boiler fault and not a fault with our hot water tank. The part was duly ordered but by this time it was Friday and so it was going to be 4 more days until the part would arrive which would take us to the Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon came and still no part so I rang to see if there was any news and was told straight away and quite abruptly “We’ll ring you when it arrives”. Later that afternoon my husband also rang and was told the same thing in the same manner and when he said we’re getting anxious as we’d had no heating or hot water for 10 days he was told (and not for the first time) there were lots of people whose heating had broken down. The following day my daughter rang to see what was happening (the thermometer was hardly getting above freezing by this point) and met with the same rude manner and the woman complained that she was getting two phone calls a day and would ring us when the part came in. Not once in all of this time was there any empathy or any offer of chasing the part to see when it would arrive, instead she insisted that she didn’t know which of their supplier the part was coming from and anyway they’re very busy. If I spoke to people the way she does in my job I would have been in trouble long ago. In the end we told them not to bother and we took matters into our own hands and went elsewhere.
These guys are the business, arrived when they said they would and heating system was up and running again within the hour, five stars from me. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
