  Stan at the Genius Bar was absolutely fantastic. Super down-to-earth, helpful, and genuinely caring. I had almost lost hope, but he stepped in and saved the day like a true hero. Big thanks to Stan, the manager, and the whole team for the great support. The store was also less crowded, which made the experience even better.

  Booked my phone for a battery replacement. Got there 5 mins early. Was told that the back-up pre work would take too long and I should come back another day. I recommend that you dont book an apointment for late in the day when staff are tired and just want to get home. Waste of a journey and of my time.

  My wife is an Apple user and visited for a query regarding her phone slowing down. I was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and the organised manner in which they dealt with our query. A million times better than the Samsung store in Westfield.

  The Staff was very Friendly. I booked one week in advance to have my phone battery replaced. On Apple Support online you specific book for that reason, When I show up at the Apple Watford the only thing they could do was to tell me that I need to replace battery ( the reason I booked) and they have to order. So I just waste money and time to go to the shop. An d I have to go back again to have the job done. ZERO is already too much as a review

  I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at the Apple Store today. We visited the store for what should have been a very simple battery replacement, a job we were told would take around one hour. While I understand the store was busy, we ended up waiting 3.5 hours, which was already far beyond what was reasonable. Unfortunately, the situation only got worse when we collected the phone and discovered that the back of the device had been damaged during the repair. We were initially told to come back another day for this to be fixed, which was unacceptable given that the damage happened while the phone was in their care. After we insisted, they eventually replaced the back of the phone the same day, and we collected it only 10 minutes before closing time. Because the store was closing, we had no real opportunity to properly inspect the phone before leaving. Once we arrived home, we realised something even more serious: they had failed to return the SIM card. This has left me unable to properly set up my phone or access my iCloud account because I cannot complete the secondary verification process. I do not have another iOS device available, so without my SIM card I am effectively locked out of my own phone. The whole experience has been completely ridiculous and far below the standard of care and professionalism I expected from Apple. A routine battery replacement turned into hours of waiting, damage to my phone, and now the loss of my SIM card. At this point, I honestly do not even feel confident returning to the store, as I have very little faith they would even know where my SIM card is. This was my first and definitely my last visit to this store.
