  CeX in Waltham Cross is the worst — I will never go there again. I’d rather travel to Enfield than deal with this store. The staff are unfriendly and complain when you bring items in to sell. They also often mislead customers about testing times, saying it will be finished by a certain hour and to come back for payment, but I’ve had to wait several extra hours on multiple occasions.

  I visit the store quite often for browsing and buying some blu-ray films. I was at the store earlier today and I bought Avatar the way of water on 4K Blu-ray. The staff are an absolute amazing. They always listen, understanding and very helpful.

  Traded in my phone this morning. Two staff members i interacted with were friendly, chatty and very helpful. Unfortunately didn't get there names, but they represent the business well. Never traded in with cex, only ever brought and they made it an easy process and answered the questions i had. One of the good stores this one.
