  Hello We recently upgraded our iPhone in your mobile store my Son and I. I would like to share our experience and the great customer service we received from a young man, his name was Aaron and he was the most delightful young man I’ve ever come across. Aaron had the patience of a saint, he was polite, friendly, respectful, so kind to us both, explained every little detail and had a great sense of humour along with his chilled expression! Nothing was too much for him and we left your store smiling 😊 and Aaron really had made our day. I wish there were more Aaron’s he was truly AMAZING!! Hats off to you Aaron and thank you so much for making our visit so pleasurable! I shall definitely come back to Aaron when my upgrade is due!!

  My grandad was having issues with the sound on his phone (no sound played anywhere) so he took it to tesco mobile to get it looked at and hopefully fixed. The guy told him he had no idea how to fix it and that he would have to factory reset the phone to fix it, after which he said he'd be back in an hour to continue consulting and then never came back. Grandad took it to me to have one last look before deciding to factory reset, luckily that didn't have to happen. The problem was solved by a 2 second Google search and the turning off of a setting in accessibility settings. An issue equivalent to turning your WiFi on and off. The only point of anyone "helping" out at tesco mobile is to say your phone is broken and you need a new expensive one. Utterly useless and predatory service, taking advantage of the ignorance and fear of old people AND THEY GET PAID TO DO IT.

  Want to say how impressed I was with the sales advisor and especially the store manager in the Stevenage branch on 18/02/23 helping choose a new phone and service for my Mother, who was out of contract with Three. Amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and a superb 'non pushy' sales approach which resulted in a there and then sign up. Without a doubt I will be back when my contract expires.
