  So far it's been a simple process, i think good value for price, got out of the repair better than having to buy a new controller. Appreciate the easy method of just dropping stuff off at a Cex and then come back for collection. Payment only taken if fix was possible. Considering bringing my old Nintendo DS in as well for its faulty screen. Great service all over, and continuous updates on progress.

  I dropped my PS5 controller while a magnetic/charging adapter for a docking station was still inserted into the charging port and that’s what snapped the part inside the controller that connects to the charging lead So the controller was now impossible to charge……until I found the Tech Centre after Visiting CEX, so for the price of £26.99 my controller was fixed And now works/charges perfectly as it should…..10/10 from me to the Tech Centre on fixing my control pad and saving me at least £60 for a brand-new PS5 controller 👌🏻
