  Decent store, but they don’t have click and collect and some staff grade incorrectly, and call scratches “cracks”

  Only 4 because they "nicked" batteries from my 2 flash lights lol (most likely forget to put them back) - no hard feelings.

  Trying to do a family member a favour by asking if they accept some that i took in to sell. A checkout assistant serving me wearing white, short hair i believe, wearing a hat, today Tuesday 10th march 26, if his colleagues prefer him to be solely identified as the cause for this complaint as he was such a belittling know it all. I genuinely wanted to say "you speak like a child" The assistant was so rude and condescending i almost felt like walking out this place before they had finished talking. I gave them manners for the benefit of doubt but frankly, this sales assistant made this one of the worst service experiences I've had in years. I refuse to come back here again when not even basic manners have been learnt or demonstrated by a single staff member of the three present. Best guess this standard of employee doesnt need formal education.

  One particular staff member, short with pink hair was annoying and creepy weird on my last visit here. Won't be back. Bad atmosphere and bad deals, will look elsewhere.
