- NNNinuJuBJul 14, 20265.0Want to give a specific staff shout-out to Zak, who helped me out when I barrelled in there in a twist about my phone shortly before they were due to close for the day. Zak was patient, kind, and considerate, and professionally walked through checking my phone I was having issues with, listening to me when I told him the steps I'd already taken, and then helping me go through the process of taking out a new one and updating my SIM at the same time. What an absolute hero. Great customer service, and he clearly knows his stuff. Thanks so much Zak, you're a life saver (and the new phone is awesome).
- PBPaul BowlingJul 9, 20261.0I ordered 5G Mobile broadband online and selected the option to collect router from this store on behalf of my mother in law. On arrival at store they told her they could not find the order. Then continued to sign her up to a more expensive deal in store. To add to this they also signed her up to a new mobile contract. For which we had also already done online for half the price. When they tried to port the number and it was not possible as it was already in process they just fobbed her off. When I brought this to there managers attention he claimed that his team had not done anything wrong. Which tells you that it comes from the top down. I would recommend that you stay clear as they cannot be trusted.
