  I hired Moonrise Media and Will to provide live streaming services for a hybrid conference (with speakers from USA, India and elsewhere in the UK) we organised in May 2024. Will was very clear in terms of gathering our needs and asking for what he needed from various teams within our organisation to deliver what he needed. It was a huge undertaking, especially as I requested additional services at short notice, Will was responsive and accommodating. There were some technical challenges on the day affecting the live stream, problems with wi-fi among other things that were beyond anyone's control. Will did his best to respond and managed to solve the issues in a timely fashion. It was a great learning experience to understand what goes behind the scenes to do a high-quality live stream and Will did a great job of working with us in delivering that, albeit some teething issues on the day. Even though he was external to the organising team, it felt like he was part of our team right from the get-go. For anyone thinking of working with Will, I recommend bringing him in early, and clear and simple and streamlined requests, so you get the best out of him and his high-quality equipment. He has been great to work with.

  My sister and I were looking for someone to do a livestream of our Mum's memorial service back in March and were fortunate to have Moonrise Media recommended to us. Will did an incredible job. He was so kind, professional, came well equipped after making sure he understood exactly what we were after and yet was not intrusive in any way during the proceedings. He also took the time to chat with my bereaved father who himself is quite infirm and Will genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible service for the event. The livestream was beautifully and sensitively done, with great feedback from those watching who were unable to attend in person. Will also made sure we had a digital copy of the video after the event to keep. We would highly recommend Moonrise and are so grateful that we found them for this very special and poignant occasion. Thank you Will!

  I can never thank Will enough for his help with recording my husbands funeral service and burial. We have so many family members and friends around the world that it was the only way we could think of to have them a part of everything. So many watched live on the day and since then have rewatched the recordings. Will was kind and compassionate and to be honest felt like part of the family there with us. Thank you Will for making a very hard sad day into something so memorable for myself as his Wife and all his loved ones.
