  I wanted to call them to find out if they had a specific electric item that I need, as the journey to the shop from where I am is more than twenty miles ... but on calling the shop (a pointless exercise, why even bother to hand out the number?) I had to listen to a message about the only way to contact them was to go on the web and do it that way. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGHT and what sort of idiot does not have a means to speak directly with the staff in the shop? In adopting this rather pointless approach, they have alienated me, and lost custom - and you have to ask if others trying to call them for information feel the same way.
