As a result, I have been unable to use my new phone today, which has caused significant inconvenience. I made a point of asking this question because I wanted to avoid exactly this situation. I relied on the advice given to me by your staff, and I feel let down that the information was inaccurate. When purchasing a premium product, customers should be able to trust the guidance they receive.
