  Cannot give this place enough praise. They really will do everything possible to ensure your motorcycle issues will be resolved. They keep in touch with you during the process and have rapidly become my go to mechanics for all things on two wheels. Huge thumbs up

  Unfortunately picked up a rear puncture on the A3M on my Vespa GTS heading to the International Ferry Port. Luckily near an exit, got to the rest area and stripped it down. A google map search looked like they were my best option, and they were, found the puncture and plugged and repaired it for me on the spot. Unfortunately didn't get the scooter back together in time for the ferry.. Thanks again. A good old skool bike shop.

  Was told a simple job would need an engine out or cylinder head removal and would cost hundreds in labour…. Went to a better garage and they simply positioned the bike at a certain angle to complete the job and it only took 2 hours and cost me £120. This isn’t my first poor experience at bike shed I’ve had many but this one annoyed me the most and made me change mechanics.

  I called in enquiring about getting new tyres fitted to my bike (already have the tyres), Got a very dull response from the person who picked up who quickly became quite condescending when I said I was just asking around to see who could get the work done quickest. Not a great attitude to customer service at all. I understand if people are not having a great day, but if you’re not very nice to your customers, they won’t be your customers.

  Very poor customer service I called Bike Shed Waterlooville to ask about a motorcycle tyre and gave the lady the size I needed. She asked what brand I wanted, and I said I was simply looking for the cheapest suitable tyre. Her response was, “Really? You want the cheapest crap tyre?” I said yes, and before I could say anything else she told me, “You clearly don’t value your life that much then, sweetheart.” If a tyre is genuinely so poor that fitting it means a customer “doesn’t value their life”, then surely it shouldn’t be a tyre you’re willing to sell in the first place. I have no problem being advised that a more expensive tyre would be a better choice, but there is a massive difference between giving professional advice and insulting a customer. I hung up after that comment. Needless to say, I won’t be using Bike Shed Waterlooville in future.
