  Platinum have been doing the plumbing for my rental property for years, since they were recommended to me by the previous plumber who went into retirement. Their work has included: boiler replacement, annual boiler servicing and gas safety certification, tap washer replacement, electric shower replacement, toilet and cistern overhaul, main stop-cock replacement, and probably other things I have forgotten! At times I am away and I am confident that my tenants can call then and get plumbing issues dealt with. I hope to continue to use them and I wish this family business continued success.

  Over the last few years, when we have needed a plumber, Adam and Joe have been the first choice. When our shower tap couldn't be repaired, the guys made sure we had a temporary replacement while they got the parts. Even then, they were back the day after and fitted the replacement. A friendly and professional local business. I will happily recommend them to anyone.

  I'm not sure this review will do justice to Adam and Joe from Pltainum Plumbing but I'll try !! Contacted them after cold water tank in loft sprang a leak and flooded a room below. Turned out the same afternoon, sourced replacement and fitted next day. Identified an issue with hot water tank and fitted and replaced; the fitting process was by no means straightforward but they worked all day to resolve late into the evening. Have also commissioned them to fix long standing problem with hot water flow that numerous other plumbers said could not be resolved. They are complete professionals - courteous, prompt, explain clearly any issues and the approach they intend to take and then execute as promised. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would recommend them without hesitation. Top class nice people who provide an outstanding service.

  Great service, we had to have the shower pump and bar replaced as it no longer worked properly. They worked quickly with no issues and left it very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them.

  Adam & Joe are a pleasure to have working in our home. They have done several projects for us now including replacing & upgrading our heating system, plumbing in a new sink & servicing our boiler. They are very polite, friendly & work in a clean tidy way & always clear up after the job is finished. We will be booking them again soon for our annual heating service.
