  I used Richard a couple times before with no problems. However, this time I called him for a suspected coil/solenoid fault. He diagnosed solenoid issue. He will order one and be back to fit it in 3-4days. When I heard nothing I called for update. Not arrived yet. Next day I called, different excuse. Next day, no reply to my call. All my messages and calls were now ignored. No explanation. Nothing. This is very rude and unprofessional. I see a previous customer had the same experience. Totally unreliable.

  My ride-on mower had broken down & Richard attended within 2 hours of being called. He resolved the problem at a very reasonable cost. Great service, so much better than another local company I have used in the past.

  Waste of time trying to get simple jobs done. This appears to be a rip-off company who charge £50 hour and quote 3 hours for half hour job plus cost of parts. Provided all information to do job.........then nothing. Did not even have the good manners to say they did not want to do it...................... rubbish!
