  I cannot thank Henry Powells enough , the whole team are respectful, understanding and so caring in their approach to everything. They have helped with my father , then my mother , and mother in law, and more recently my husband. They helped with a hand cast , fingerprints , even placing some of my husbands ashes into a necklace for me. Throughout the whole experience I felt very well supported by Wendy and her son David, they took care of everything. Even the celebrant at Testvalley crematorium Dave was amazing . Everyone said what an amazing celebration of life it was. I’ve already taken my plan out with them, ready for when it’s my turn . What an amazing family .

  I would highly recommend Henry Powell & Son. They handled both my parent’s cremations, fulfilling our requests with respect and kindness. David lead the internment of my parents showing compassion and understanding. I was kept fully informed and Wendy was always available to answer questions. Thank you.

  We used Henry Powell & Son recently for my late husband’s funeral. They fulfilled all of my husband’s wishes in a respectful and compassionate way, helping to make the occasion a wonderful day to remember. The celebrant, Neville, was brilliant too. He came up with some special touches that personalised the lovely man my husband was.

  Wendy and the team handled my recent mother's funeral with kindness, compassion and even went above and beyond when we had problems with the coroner and registrar. We would highly recommend Henry Powell and Son to everyone.
