  Company thinks its okay to break and enter into houses i will be contacting the police. Today an engineer was meant to come out and fix the on switch button on our tumble dryer which he had broke the last time he came out and fixed the thermostat. I dont know if the person whose come today was male or female as I didnt see or speak to them but they've arrived, not knocked any of my doors, I have dogs who will bark if anyone knocks my doors. Whoever it was has walked into my house, broken the top bit of the tumble dryer aswell and left a note saying they'll be in contact with a quote. I think the hell they wont be they'll be getting a lovely visit from hampshire and iow constabulary. I was at home the time theyve done this and I didnt hear anything so theyve intentionally been quiet and like I said, my dogs are reactive and will bark with noise, yet there was nothing. If the company would like the evidence that one of their engineers have been in my house without my permission im happy to send over the note the persons left on my tumble dryer and the damage hes done to it that wasnt there before also. If it was there before then we would have said something and happily asked them to fix it but it wasnt it was just the button. Response to the company: yes I am the customers partner who was home at the time all this happened, customers name was Jenson SMITH and now you are in contact with my Dad about this

  I rang at 0830 and the engineer was round at lunchtime to fix the washing machine, which was leaking and in fault. He was highly professional, had the spare part in the van, fixed it and tested it quickly, and all for a reasonable price. Thank you.

  I only ordered new Hotpoint washing machine on Monday and Engineer Stuart installed it today.As it is an integrated machine it is more difficult to do but Stuart was so patient with attention to detail.He was an excellent worker and left the kitchen immaculate

  Within 3 hours from visiting sbop I had a new element fitted to stove. Very friendly service ,very good price would recomend this shop.
