  Couldn’t be worse ! Changed my work schedule, paid staff to cover me & drove 2 hrs in traffic for an appointment after the member of staff said I had apple care & I can have £25 repair. Got to Southampton Apple for my appointment ahead of time to be told I don’t have apple care and it will be £400! Ok I’ll pay that as I’m here … “No sorry not enough time today you will will have to rebook” Absolute waste of time & money

  I saw Fran from the geek bar on Saturday and she was so great, she showed true empathy for the frustration of the problem but also very professional and knowledgable and gave me reasonable options for solving it.

  I visited Apple Southampton the other day to collect some AirPods Pro 3 and to look at Apple Watches, and I don’t think i have ever had a better experience with an employee in my life. Our “specialist” was named Mark, and he was so helpful, showing us around the Apple Watches and giving us directions on straps, chargers and prices. If I’m only able to say one thing in this review, it’s to give Mark a raise. We all love Mark! ❤️

  I was going to buy iPhone 17 pro.The staff just gave me a barcode and disappeared.I was trying to fill everything up with a very slow Internet.When you go at the shop you expect more help otherwise i would order it online.At the end I just walked out.If they don't want my money it's OK.I can buy something different

  Really disappointed with the service today. My appointment was booked for 5:50, and I arrived at 5:51. Because I was just one minute late, my appointment was cancelled. I was then rebooked for 6:30, but I’ve now been waiting for 40 minutes and still haven’t been seen. I don’t understand the logic of cancelling my original appointment for being one minute late, yet expecting me to wait over 40 minutes for the rescheduled one. This is extremely frustrating and feels very unfair.
