  A close friend of mine had his phone bricked during the update to ios27 process. Usual way to go to the store would be to book an appointment in advance and obviously none were available there. We dropped by anyway and the staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. They fixed the phone, didnt charge a penny and were such pookies about it! We loved the experience.

  Go Sergio! Thanks very much to Sergio this afternoon. I popped in to try and book an apple bar appointment as I’ve been having difficulty online. Instead Sergio showed me how to fix my signing in and the difficulty with ‘family sharing’. No need for an appointment, just a cheery 10 minutes with Sergio🤩🤩🤩

  Excellent skill from a senior member of staff who I was referred to after the first assistant said they couldn’t help. I was very grateful for the calm, polite professionalism in the man I was referred to. If I were in charge I would promote him.

  Very poor customer service. I came to collect a device I had purchased and asked about a payment error, a member of staff dismissively told me they had nothing to do with sales and to contact the Apple support. When I asked for the contact number, she told me to look up on google, and reluctantly gave me the number after I struggled to find it. She also made other people in the queue and other staff feel bad by shouting words implying that they are taking a long time. You would expect better customer service than the local grocery store when you purchased a device costing over £1000. I had to buy an Apple device because of work however will not be going back to this store.

  Very disappointing experience with Apple Southampton. I visited regarding an ongoing charging fault with my iPhone. Despite explaining that the problem was intermittent and that the cable had previously worked reliably, I did not feel the issue or the inconvenience it caused was handled properly. I was left having to repeatedly pursue Apple for a satisfactory resolution and even raise my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For a premium product from a company such as Apple, I expected much better support, clearer communication and genuine effort to resolve a recurring fault. The overall experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted a considerable amount of my time. Unfortunately, the service I received from this store fell well below the standard I expected.
