  From the moment I made contact, to the collection of my husband’s ashes, Rowland’s were caring, knowledgeable and efficient. They helped me through this dreadful time with compassion and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble and they tailored the experience in line with my wishes perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone facing a bereavement.

  When they came to collect my husband, Roy, they introduced themselves to him, said their names, and told him it was a pleasure to meet him. It was a beautiful touch that gave instant peace of mind. Thank you to Owen, Marsha, Elise, and the staff we didn’t get to see. Your kindness, patience, and the fact that nothing was too much trouble, meant everything to myself, my daughter and sons. My husband truly received the most dignified care. Thank you all.

  Myself and my family are so thankful for all the kindness and support shown with every aspect of my beautiful daughter’s funeral. The attention to detail and ongoing communication from Owen and Elise was exceptional and I can’t recommend them enough 🤍

  Yesterday we laid my father to rest (June 9th 2025) with the funeral directed by Rowlands. I cannot thank Marsha and her team enough for their constant attentiveness, professionalism, courtesy, discretion and above all, the level of sincerity and respect they showed me, my sister and my father. The funeral was amazing, flowed perfectly and everyone who attended complimented us on the way it was handled by the directors. I don't mind saying how nervous I was beforehand, but Marsha made me feel like we were in great hands and their level of expertise and just knowing how to do things properly really shone through. I cannot rate them highly enough, they also did my late father's wife's funeral who passed away in 2023 and again, it was a fantastic send off. When you are grieving and dealing with all the dozens of things one has to cope with after the death of a loved one, you don't want one of them to be a headache with the funeral and the whole thing with Rowlands was absolutely wonderful and I am so pleased we went with them. I highly recommend them and wish them all the best and also thank them for their ongoing support. Many thanks.

  A massive thank you to all the staff at Rowlands funeral services for thier very dignified, compassionate and professional service. Myself and I am sure other families that have used rowlands would agree that all the staff are very nice, considerate and helpful in makeing a very emotional, difficult and stressful time for families more manageable. I could not be more thankful to rowlands for all thier help, dedication and compassion they show in thier work and give to the community. And I would very highly recommend them to grieving families for thier reliability, passion and fantastic work they do. THANKS AGAIN Mr p.s Barge
