  Rip offs. Offered me £195 for a playstation 5 slim disc edition, brand new in box still. I refused, and that night I went online and ended up getting £350 (£155 more than CEX) from music magpie. Don't sell here, they are taking advantage of you.

  Went to trade in a Mac mini and it failed the test because apparently the hdmi port is faulty which seemed odd as I used it just before selling it using hdmi for the output. Took it home and tested it for myself and lo and behold it works perfectly and no issues with the port. (It also took me contacting their online contact us to find out that it failed which was also slightly frustrating tbh). Usually have a great experience but seems hit and miss occasionally, definitely need training on testing

  Do not use these people. They lied to my son on availability online for exchange for his controller for store credit….and then refused to return his item when they couldn’t supply. Ripping off kids as a business model. Appalling behaviour.
