  Jake from Spartan Loft & Roof Conversions Ltd recently fitted three Velux windows for us, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish, Jake was professional, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail, and the installation was completed to a very high standard. The new Velux windows have transformed the space, bringing in so much more natural light and making the rooms feel brighter and more spacious. Jake kept everything tidy, worked efficiently, and clearly takes pride in his work.   Jake and his team at Spartan have recently done two projects for us, conversion of our loft into an additional bedroom with an en suite shower room and refurbishment of our bathroom. A friendly, professional team, their work was done to a high standard with disruption and mess kept to a minimum. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend.

  I can't recommend Jake and his guys highly enough. They did a great job from start to finish. Jake was spot on with his advice and his quotes, and helped us come up with a really good solution for our loft. They worked hard every day with no down time - any additional trades needed were managed by Jake and fitted in around other work the team were doing. They communicated well with what was going on, and the project stayed within the original time scale and on budget. They are genuinely nice guys who were a pleasure to have on site. The finished loft and new roofline looks like it's always been there and works really well.
