  Jake from Spartan Loft & Roof Conversions Ltd recently fitted three Velux windows for us, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish, Jake was professional, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail, and the installation was completed to a very high standard. The new Velux windows have transformed the space, bringing in so much more natural light and making the rooms feel brighter and more spacious. Jake kept everything tidy, worked efficiently, and clearly takes pride in his work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Spartan Roofing to anyone looking for quality roofing or Velux window installation work. Many thanks, Jake, for a fantastic job.

  Jake & his team professionnelly, completed from start to finish, a small side extention to my property.   From initial quote to completion Jake, Luke, Andy and Max were professional, personable and passionate about delivering a fantastic service. A very detailed quote was provided, any additional costs or savings to be made the team were transparent about and discussed throughout. Communication was excellent, daily explanations as to progress, could even contact one of the team on evenings and weekend's when necessary. Conscientious decisions made by Jake and Luke on space and materials make the loft conversion look like it’s always been there, it blends seamlessly with the rest of the house. Equally every trade that was organised to be on site were just as knowledgeable and friendly and did an amazing job. Spartan lofts is really the full package. Making everything so easy from arranging planning permissions to delivering the end product. What’s more it’s a family run business of genuine, caring guys you can talk to. Even carving and gifting my son a toy wooden sword, along with giving us a card when I went in to labour early. Little things that show how Spartan lofts go above and beyond. Honestly couldn’t recommend Spartan lofts enough. Thank you for a wonderful job.

  Jake and his team at Spartan have recently done two projects for us, conversion of our loft into an additional bedroom with an en suite shower room and refurbishment of our bathroom. A friendly, professional team, their work was done to a high standard with disruption and mess kept to a minimum. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend.
