The communication was very good. They texted me the day before to remind me and then rang me when they were on their way. The sweep specialist was bang on time, very clean, cleaned everything and was very efficient.

Good communition and reminders for the chimney sweeping appointment. Great job done, no mess and he even cleaned the glass door on the log burner.

A pleasure to have the high standard of work. I’m a repeat customer and every annual sweep and safety inspection is to a very high standard. Zero mess too. We are confident that we can use our log burning stove throughout another year without any problems or concerns.
