- LPLucy Parker-WilsonOct 3, 20265.0Alfie provided exceptional service giving me multiple options and offering very pragmatic solutions based on my use of my phone, price and upgrade availability. Friendly, knowledgable and a pleasure to meet, I would certainly recommend the shop & Alfie in particular to any new and existing 3 customers.
- LLLilly LancasterJul 26, 20262.0Went into this store as my local three store merged with Vodafone and they couldn't help me. When I came in I spoke to a man who seemed very tired or maybe just confused but he was patient and helped us eventually. I had to buy a new phone and was wanting to pay for it all in one payment which he didn't seem to understand and he tried getting me to buy another contract when all I wanted was to get another phone with them. Wasn't very helpful on recommending any specific phones but when I purchased it he offered to help set it up which was nice.
