  Unfortunately after attending my appointment I was unable to have my hygienist treatment, owing to a ongoing medical diagnosis, which the surgery is aware off. I feel I should have a conversation before me attending the appointment.

  Friendly, Helpful, Jolly staff. Always a pleasure never a chore looking after the teeth in my jaw. Hygienist and Dentist together as one, no looking elsewhere that'll be dumb. The team are professional, prudent and proud, never crass, obnoxious nor loud. I'm happy with the service, long may it continue, so I'll gladly share a bright glowing five-star review for you.

  First impression: all staff are friendly, communicative and professional & this continues through the whole team; making the dentist visit a pleasant experience, very much different from those of the 1970s. The actual dental work is top rate, with the same customer focused through ensuring you are fully at ease & understand what is being done. Absolutely brilliant.

  I have been going here for many years. Sometimes the appointments are very short but overall I didn't have anything to complain about until the introduction of their monthly subscription. It has ruined the score I would give. It comes across very predatory and is trying to force NHS patients who are desperate for affordable dental care into a private system. I was told they had no space for 18 months to book me but if I pay a netflix style subscription I can get 2 a year? To add to this new system, you now won't be seeing a dentist every time unless you pay this fee. I used to recommend this place to people I know but now I simply can't. The picture attached is a small section of the email I received to prove what I am saying. I am leaving names out as it isn't their faults as inderviduals this has started.

  Outstanding service for my children today with Ms C. Mehta. She was incredibly thorough, professional, friendly and caring throughout. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made both children feel comfortable and at ease, and showed genuine patience and kindness. We never felt rushed and left feeling reassured and well looked after. Thank you for such a positive experience – I would highly recommend Ms C. Mehta to anyone seeking exceptional care.
