  I went there today to help my son with some phone troubles and I will say Charlie and tom went above and beyond and an absolute credit to the gosport store most helpful two lads ever!!

  The Staff. a few a nice, most are rude and utterly useless. I take in PC hardware and it'll be great if they knew absolutely anything the components. I was refused to trade in a CPU because there was TIM in the vent hole in the IHS. This hole is unavoidable to get TIM into and it perfectly normal and safe. (its to vent gasses during manufacturing). took in another CPU and was abruptly told all thermal paste (specs) must be removed as it can short out a PC (its non conductive). another occasion the staff member places my CPU into the CPU try upside down. I promptly flip it the other way to save damage and he has the audacity to tell me to be careful because if I get it wrong I will bend the pins. I always go to Fareham shop now. friendly staff with more knowledge.

  Very very rude and nonchalant staff . Was served by a woman who looked like she couldn’t care less and that I annoyed her by her having to serve me. I had bought an iPhone in there 3 months ago for £240 but when I asked her for a price she scrutinised it and told me there was a crack ! You couldn’t even see anything with a naked eye but with a 20x magnifying glass a tiny chip not even on the screen was at the back and she said I could have £60 ! Absolutely not then another member of staff piped up and when I asked to speak to a manager some scruffy man child appeared and just shrugged his shoulders at me . Would rather give it to charity than let them have it for £60 to then put back in their window and slap a £200 price ticket on it .. don’t waste your time in there
