Bramshaw is a high-end family-owned motor dealer and it shows in the way they treat the customer and prepare the vehicle. Even though I was buying the cheapest car in his showroom Daniel was patient, attentive and helpful at every stage, responding to messages promptly and making me feel like a valued customer. When I went to collect the car he had had it prepared to an exceptional standard and took time to take me through the various controls. I highly recommend this company.

Purchased my M2 Comp from Dan about 4 years ago. The whole sales experience was first class. The car itself unexpectedly turned into my daily driver and Sunday morning toy all wrapped up in one. It hasn’t put a foot wrong over many happy miles. Whether that be on my daily commute or keeping up with GT3s through the amazing roads in the Alps.
Will definitely be chatting to Dan at some point in the future when I decide to find a replacement. Cheers

I recently purchased an Ariel Atom from Bramshaw Bespoke Vehicles, and the whole experience was first class from start to finish.
Both Paul and Dan were excellent throughout the process. They were honest, knowledgeable and always happy to answer my questions, no matter how many I had. As I was buying the car remotely from over 200 miles away, their communication and attention to detail gave me complete confidence.
They arranged for the car to be serviced by Ariel before collection, kept me updated throughout, and everything was exactly as described when it arrived.
The level of customer service was outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bramshaw to anyone looking to buy a specialist or performance car.
Many thanks again to Paul and Dan – it was a pleasure dealing with you both.
Don't be dazzled by the crazy selection of cars they store, sadly my experience of buying a car from them was far from smooth.
The car was previously wrapped before they brought it into stock and I was assured they'd dewrapped it professionally to ensure there was no hidden damage - makes sense.
What I didn't expect was the disastrous bodge job the professional world have done removing the wrap.
Front bumper not fitted correctly. Something we spotted right away as it clearly wasn't straight. We pointed this out and was told it would be fixed if we purchased. It wasn't when delivered.
2 days after taking delivery we found the rear bumper has multiple missing screws and was literally hanging off! We reported and to their credit they drove down (probably a 3 hour round trip) and fixed it.
The trims over the wheel arches had had all the clips snapped off and attached with double sided tape!!
The first time I got the car valeted, guess what. One fell off, and the other started sagging the next day which we had to replace obviously.
When ordering the car, there was a damaged boot floor which was "on order from Mercedes", despite chasing multiple times, Dan has continued to not reply and a year on. It's still not been sorted.
Most emails and even the V5 they couldn't even spell my name correctly. This was apparently going to get sorted, but guess what. 1 month after delivery I called DVLA and it was still in the wrong name so I had to sort this too.
This is all before we get into the mechanical issues, and the voided mercedes warranty by the service being done by a random garage prior to delivery.
I was wowwed by their warehouse, seeing Bugattis, Ferraris.... But in reality, that's a whole another side of their business. The sales experience I had was anything but high-end, and certainly left no wow feeling!
