  Go Installations fitted a new back door and outer door for my mother, the whole operation was very well handled, the fitters where great and very polite to my elderly Mum. the only issue was a lock that needed changing and this was done a couple of days later when they had the new lock. Thanks all involved

  We used GO Installations to fit a new front door and had a great experience. The team were quick to respond to our enquiry and kindly stayed later in the office to show us options, as my husband didn’t finish work during their opening hours. The installation was really quick and the guys were lovely. We had a bit of a problem with the door catching when it was first installed, but they were quick to send someone out and rectify it and nothing was too much hassle. Overall, we are really pleased with our new door and have had lots of compliments. Would highly recommend!

  Extremely Disappointing Service I’ve had a very frustrating experience with GO Installations from start to finish. The door installation was completed incorrectly, with a vital screw missing and the wrong handle fitted. The door also wasn’t shutting properly, which resulted in complaints from both my tenant and the estate agent. Although the door was eventually adjusted so it shut correctly, I’m still waiting for the correct replacement handle. I was told it would arrive within a couple of days, but nearly two weeks passed with no update. Despite chasing the matter again, communication has been extremely poor. The whole process has taken far longer than it should have and caused unnecessary disruption and inconvenience for both myself and my tenant. What has made this particularly disappointing is the lack of communication and the need to repeatedly chase a company to resolve issues that should never have occurred in the first place. Reply to your comment: No, that's not correct. It's a slam-shut design that was tested by me, the door installer, the surveyor and the tenant. ALL of which experienced it not shutting, as it wasn't correctly fitted. It's not a matter of the door type - it just wasn't correctly installed as the screw was left exposed.

  Graham and his team did a fantastic job with our windows,door and guttering,his team of fitters were helpful and friendly.On completion of the work our properly was clean and tidy and I know that if there's any further issues GO Installations will be there to assist.I would therefore definitely recommend them
