Popped in this evening (29/5/2024) with my partner, who was hoping to upgrade her phone. We arrived at around 18:35 and were told thay the phones had already been put away and as such, we were refused service. Clearly the opening times need to be corrected, or the less than friendly employee who we spoke to does!!

So due to an accident of my own doing, I needed to upgrade my phone today at this Tesco store.
Lee (who served me to today), was fantastic. He was polite, chatty, friendly, and honest. The transaction was quick and seamingless, and what I liked most was his straight approach. There was no hard sell, he simply did his job at what I would mention was at an excellent level.
He even assisted with changing my SIM card, and setting up my phone.
My only drawback is the outlet in the store is very small, so if Lee (or one of his collegaues were to become busy). Depending on the service required by the customer, it may be a bit of a wait to be served next.
Saying that, if you can catch Lee at a free time to assist you, I would highly recommend it.
