  Terry is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows his trade inside out. He came over, quickly diagnosed the issue with my fridge, and had it fixed within an hour. From my very first interaction with him, it was clear that I was dealing with someone who knew exactly what he was talking about. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong, what he was doing to fix it, and, importantly, also gave me some useful advice on what to check myself in the future before calling for professional help. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Terry to anyone.   Terry expertly diagnosed our key issues for multiple appliances: oven, fridge freezer and dish washer. He provided an immediate quote to fix and ordered the parts on my behalf. He then promptly fitted them to a high standard. Both myself and my wife are delighted with the service received. Terry is very proactive and also a specialist in his field. We have saved a lot of money by not simply replacing to new units. Thanks again Terry.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Terry! He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with our fridge freezer and replaced the faulty fan motor. He explained everything clearly and made sure the appliance was working properly before leaving.
