  Terry was really knowledgeable and friendly, I called in the afternoon and he was able to attend a call out appointment for the next morning. He talked me through potential issues on the phone, and ended up being right without even seeing our fridge/freezer. Unfortunately our appliance wasn’t able to be fixed which he was able to tell within 15 seconds of seeing it, so he didn’t charge us the call out fee which was so generous! Terry explained the issue really clearly and was honest which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

  Absolutely fantastic experience having Terry over to repair our range cooker and fridge. Really responsive, turned up when he said he would, minimal wait time and everything fixed and working again. Really nice guy, a breath of fresh air and would highly recommend. Thank you!

  Terry responded on the same day to fix our Rangemaster cooker. Identified the problem, ordered the part and returned two days later to install. Really nice guy, would definitely call again should we have any other problems with our appliances.

  Terry is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows his trade inside out. He came over, quickly diagnosed the issue with my fridge, and had it fixed within an hour. From my very first interaction with him, it was clear that I was dealing with someone who knew exactly what he was talking about. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong, what he was doing to fix it, and, importantly, also gave me some useful advice on what to check myself in the future before calling for professional help. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Terry to anyone. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and professional, I would definitely recommend giving him a call.
