  Came out to do some diagnostics on my BMW Z3 central locking. I paid up front they did the work, and assessed that it was faulty actuators and they would source and come back to me. I then tried to start the car, would not. Phoned them and got a tepid response. I thought it was the part they took away imobilised the car. Phoned them several times but ignored my calls and did not call me back. I did some research and it was not the part. Checked out the engine and they had left the diagnostic port disconnected. I got it going… still no communication from them …they were quick to chase for pre payment … so will be taking them to small claims court for a refund. Cowboys … avoid like the plague… disgusting customer service

  Highly recommend. Steve is a great guy and very trustworthy. I bought a car and within 2 weeks the electrics played up. Steve sorted my car within a week. Fantastic job. Passed his details onto my mechanic who asked for them so he can put work his way.

  What a fabulous experience I received from these guys. My A/C and heater stopped working on my Peugeot Partner Van. Steve and Graham spent nearly two hours and fixed the problem. They were professional yet charming and I felt totally at ease with these super friendly chaps! To top off my lovely experience the invoice was exceptionally reasonable! I would highly recommend HSD and will absolutely use them again! Thank you both!

  I placed an appointment with this company after suffering an electrical fire of sorts in my porsche boxster, I was really impressed that Steve arrived at the designated time even though there were major roadworks. Steve quickly identified the faults and the reason for the fire and then set in motion a solution to remedy the issue. I asked what I needed to do and Steve told me I didn't need to do anything and that he would source the parts and make arrangements to return. I then received a follow up email from Steve asking was it possible to come back on a certain date at a convenient time. As in the first appointment he turned up on time and proceeded to git the new parts and complete some new wiring. The attention to detail and the quality of the work is truly impressive. And it is such a delight to deal with a person who has time to discuss the problem and also turns up promptly. I would highly recommend this business and will definitely use them again for any electrical matters for any of my cars.
