  Lovely staff at the counters, always helpful doing the best they can despite there often being quite a lot of people coming to sell bags of stuff. Good experience and location.

  Update- after my review and the response from you, I popped back into the store and explained/showed them the issue. They offered to rectify it (though unfortunately they didn't have the disc so assuming the same thing happened for someone else) so I exchanged them for other games. I'm very happy and surprised with the outcome but will be asking to check the discs before leaving the store in future visits just to be safe. Shame really as I enjoy coming in here but this is twice now I've come away feeling let down. 1st time was a couple of months ago and I accidentally bought a game not noticing that I needed a VR headset (that was my mistake) and even though I took it back in a few days later and had the receipt they would only offer me trade in value. As it was my mistake I didn't think much of it. Then a few weeks ago I went in to buy some games and I've only just gone to play one of them and I've realised they've given me the wrong disc so I paid £10 for nothing. Sadly I can't find the receipt so I couldn't even take it back if I wanted to. I will be so careful going in now and will be asking to see all the games/dvds in the boxes before I hand over any more money.

  Took a psvr2 in for trade in. Man behind counter checks it all. Gets his phone torch out and tells me they can't take it there's a hairline scratch one of the lenses. I didn't argue. Just believed what he said. The next day I took it to another store not too far away. Very friendly man at the counter, he checked it all. Checked the lenses with a small torch. They tested it, and within an hour I had the money in my bank. I did pop back into the store and said "everything ok with it then?" Which, obviously it was. The man then said it was fine. It transpired, as I was told by the 2nd store, there was a hair on the lense which they cleaned. He also said the condition was good and the lenses were perfect. Please, as this is not the first issue me, and alot of others have had at Basingstoke, make sure the staff are trained properly.

  IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS BEWARE ITEMS ARE NOT FULLY TESTED AND ARE SOLD FAULTY THEY HAVE A HIDDEN REFUND POLICY.1 DAY AFTER PURCHASE THE PHONE DOESNT CHARGE I WEMT BACK INTO STORE THE BEXT DAY WAS ADVISED BY A WOMEN THAT IT WAS THE CHARGER I TRIED THE NEW CHARGER STILL HAD ISSUES RETURNED TO STORE TO MANAGER WITH A STUTTER WHO SEEMED CLUELESS WHO SAID HE LOOKED AT IT CLEANED IT NOW ITS FINE TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THE STAFF ARE TERRIBLE I WORK IN THE SAME SHOPPING CENTRE THE WORD WILL BE PASSED AROUND ABOUT HOW THEY SCAM CUSTOMERS AND ALSO TO THE CENTRE I WILL BE PLACING A COMPLAINT (FYI IVE HAD THE PHONE FOR 3 DAYS ) AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!
