  Popped in today with an inherited MacBook Air that has been experiencing issues with battery retention - Served by Imogen on the Genius Bar and she was knowledgeable, kind and offered exceptional service! Would recommend to anyone needing help with an Apple product.

  I recently purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro, but unfortunately the setup and data synchronisation were not completed properly. The staff seemed to rush through the process, possibly due to their break time, which resulted in an unsatisfactory experience for me. I expected better support during such an important transition.

  Really disappointed with the level of customer care both in store and on the telephone afterwards. Partly down to Apple company policy making it difficult for in store staff to resolve simple issues.

  ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! An absolute joke and a complete lack of respect for customers! I had a confirmed appointment for an iPhone battery replacement at 4:50 PM. Their website clearly states that the service can be done the same day. To get there, I drove 60 miles in a brutal 47-degree heat, spending 2 hours in the car. I wasted my time, my fuel, and my energy. And what did I hear when I arrived? "We are sorry, but we can't do it today because we don't have the staff." Are you kidding me?! As a customer, why should I care about your staffing issues? If I book an appointment and your system confirms it, your only job is to get it done. I showed up despite horrific driving conditions, and you turned me away with a pathetic excuse. If you don't have enough employees, stop accepting appointments and wasting people's lives! Unbelievable amateurism. I will never come back here, and I will warn everyone I know to stay far away from this place. Rating: 0/5 – Pathetic.

  Technology is at its best when it simply works. What truly sets a company apart, however, is what happens when it doesn't. When my iMac keyboard developed a fault, I visited the Apple Store in Basingstoke hoping for a solution. Marcus assessed the issue and arranged a replacement. I mentioned how much I loved the limited-edition colour that perfectly matched my workspace, and asked if there was any chance of replacing it with the same one. Not only did he make it happen, but what was expected to take seven working days arrived in just three - with the cost fully covered! A special thank you also to Daria, whose kindness and warm smile made collecting it a pleasure. Great products attract customers, but great people create loyalty. Thank you to Marcus, Daria and the entire team for delivering the exceptional service, expertise and care you would expect from Apple long after the original purchase was made.
