Absolutely amazing service from Nova Cooling Solutions. Our machine had stopped cutting due to a chiller issue, and Nova Cooling Solutions were incredibly quick to respond to our plea for help. A big thank you to Shane, and the whole team for their support and the exceptionally quick turnaround in supplying, installing and commissioning the new chiller. They got us back up and running with minimal downtime. Professional, responsive and extremely helpful from start to finish. I can’t recommend Nova Cooling Solutions highly enough. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

We've used Novacool several times over the last six months and have been consistently impressed with their service. Most recently, we had an emergency breakdown on a Sunday afternoon. They responded quickly, attended site, diagnosed the issue, and got us back up and running without us losing any product. That level of responsiveness made a huge difference to our business. Over the last six months, they've also provided invaluable advice on our cooling systems, helping us improve reliability, identify potential issues before they became problems, and make informed decisions about maintenance and upgrades. Their engineers are knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to explain the best solution. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Novacool to anyone looking for reliable cooling and refrigeration engineers and outstanding customer service.
