  Had a taxi booked last night at 11.30 from Wallop to Andover. Taxi cancelled at time of collection leaving us stranded and having to phone round friends and family to collect us. How can they think this is acceptable? Won’t be using again.

  Bad service . My take was meant to be here 10 mins ago still not here . I had to be in time for my appointment but because of delay I m probably going to miss it

  Normally the drivers are friendly and polite, but today's driver was the exception to the rule. He picked us up right on time, which was good, then he never spoke a single word, not even to confirm our destination. He asked for the fare, which we paid in cash, and never said a single word. Needless to say a tip was not forthcoming. Alpha cars are usually brilliant and I would definitely recommend them for politeness and punctuality but today's cab let the side down. Thanks Alpha Cabs for doing your best.
